Important Information for Vendors
To ensure a respectful and harmonious environment, please adhere to the following restrictions when selling within the Church premises:
Prohibited Items INSIDE & OUTSIDE Church Locations:

- Witch or Pagan imagery
- Tarot cards or any other reader-related items
The above does NOT apply to ‘Town Locations‘
Failure to comply with these restrictions will result in the removal of the offending items. Refusal to comply will lead to you being asked to leave the premises without a refund.
Set-Up Times
- Inside Church: from 9:00 am
- Outside Church: from 8:30 am
- Town locations: from 8:00 am.
- All traders must be set up between 8:00 and 10:00 am
Offloading instructionsÂ

- Inside: Use the back entrance via St John’s car park.
- Outside Church location: If you prefer not to use the back entrance, you will be given an allocated time to offload at the front. Please call or email if you’d like to do this.
- Town locations: You may offload on the pavement and then move your vehicle to park elsewhere. No vehicles can remain in the town stalls.
Please Bring:
- A tablecloth for your display.

Legal & Safety Requirements
Insurance: All traders must have valid Public Liability Insurance (minimum £5 million cover). Please email us a copy before the event. If you are unable to do this, we will come around to collect on the day.Â
Gazebos:

- Outside traders must bring sufficient weights to secure your 3×3 gazebo.
- Must provide your gazebo (unless agreed)

Market Hours & Customer Flow
- Market runs 10 am – 4 pm
- Please note: Glastonbury is often a slow start, so don’t be discouraged; it always picks up!
Pack Down & End of Day
- Pack down begins after 4 pm (not before, please).
- Vehicles may return to loading areas once safe to do so.Â
- Please leave your pitch clear and dispose of any rubbish responsibly.
